General Sales Conditions ( GSC )

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the rights and obligations of Good Move and its customers in the context of booking and renting our accommodation via our website.

2. Payment Clause

• Prices are quoted in Moroccan dirham (MAD) and are valid at the time of consultation by the customer.

• The prices applicable are those in force on the date of booking.

• We recommend that you read the accommodation descriptions and price conditions carefully before booking.

• Reservations are confirmed after full payment of the stay.

• Payments are accepted by credit card, bank transfer or any other secure method offered on the site.
• The information collected at the time of your reservation is necessary for its processing and is treated as strictly confidential.

• In the event of non-payment, the reservation may be cancelled without compensation to the customer.

3. Delivery clause / Access

• Access to accommodation is granted upon confirmation of full payment.

• Standard check-in and check-out times are indicated at the time of booking.

• Late arrivals and departures may incur additional charges.

4. Refund Clause

• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: full refund.

• Cancellation between 7 days and 2 days before arrival: partial refund (50%).

• Cancellation 24 hours before or on the same day: no refund.
  • If your stay is interrupted after check-in, no refund will be made.
  • Any refund will be made according to the original method of payment within 7 days of validation of the cancellation.

• No refunds will be made in the event of no-shows.
  • In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal may not apply to hosting services provided on a specific date.

5. Customer’s responsibilities

• The customer agrees to respect the rules of the accommodation and to use the facilities responsibly.

• Any damage or loss caused during the stay may be invoiced.

6. Modification of the GTC

Good Move reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The new conditions will apply as soon as they are posted on the site.

7. Force majeure

Good Move shall not be held liable for non-performance or delay in performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, inaccessibility, etc.).
